Idle Casino Empire

Idle Casino Empire is published under the Lyria Labs studio brand. Iridium Industries AS is the operator and data controller for the feedback described below.

This notice applies to the full game, demo, and Steam Playtest versions of Idle Casino Empire on Steam.

Automatic gameplay telemetry

Playing alone sends Lyria Labs no automatic or background gameplay telemetry and no analytics event stream. The game contains no advertising or embedded analytics SDK, and Lyria Labs does not assign or receive a player, Steam-account, device, installation, or session identifier from the game.

Feedback you choose to send

The main-menu feedback form is voluntary. You can play the full game, demo, and Steam Playtest without using it. A report contains the message you write, an email address only if you want a reply, and diagnostic details only if you separately select the unchecked Include diagnostic details control. Do not include sensitive personal data in your message.

The optional diagnostic details are limited to the support-snapshot format version; game build target; a positive Steam Build ID when available; whether a local save exists; the running save-schema version; viewport width, height, and device-pixel ratio; current venue; a broad playtime bucket; Legacy Reset count; and whether the authored run is complete. A Steam Build ID identifies the software release, not a player or Steam account.

The diagnostic details do not include player or Steam-account IDs; device, installation, or session identifiers; raw user agent; operating system or language; timestamps; the save file or raw save data; balances; settings; logs; story or read state; inventory; achievements; research; or mini-game and gameplay history.

Iridium Industries AS uses a report to investigate bugs, assess suggestions, improve Idle Casino Empire, and reply when you provide an email address. Iridium Industries AS processes the report on the basis of the consent you give by choosing to submit it. Optional diagnostic details are processed only after your separate affirmative choice, and you can submit feedback without them.

The report is sent directly to Formspree, Inc., which processes form submissions and related request information for Iridium Industries AS. Formspree states that it may automatically collect connection information such as IP address, browser type, domain or referring address, and access time. Formspree Privacy Policy.

Formspree hosts its service with Amazon Web Services in the United States. Formspree states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses as a data processor for transfers covered by European data-protection law. Formspree describes its hosting, security measures, and transfer safeguards in its security information.

Iridium Industries AS keeps submissions in the Lyria Labs Formspree account and related notification emails for up to 12 months, then deletes them. It may retain only a non-identifiable summary of the issue. This period applies to copies controlled by Iridium Industries AS; Formspree may retain its own service and security records as described in its policy or where required by law.

You may ask Iridium Industries AS for access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a portable copy of personal data connected to a feedback report, and you may withdraw your consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority. Contact us at the address below; include enough information for us to locate the report without sending sensitive information.

Steam

When you use the game through Steam, Valve records information about your use of Steam and the game, including playtime. Valve handles that information under the Steam Privacy Policy.

Lyria Labs uses the aggregate reports Steam provides for each Steam AppID. These reports show totals and trends, such as player counts and playtime. They are not event-by-event gameplay records sent by the game.

Steam Cloud

Steam Cloud is optional. When enabled, it stores and syncs your save file on Valve’s servers so it is available on supported devices. Lyria Labs does not operate a separate cloud-save service. Steam describes the service in its Steam Cloud documentation.
